We’re steeped in the data and one of the important trends we’ve been following is how mobile phones continue to change the way that we consume content. As we blur the lines between television and streaming, our media plans need to evolve as well. With the proliferation of streaming options, it’s important that reach-based media plans evolve to include both cord cutters as well as the people that never had a cord to begin with.”
The disruption has led to new marketing and ad agencies that concentrate more on digital opportunities and data — and a consolidation of traditional firms, which themselves have added units addressing the new reality.
